With regard to restarting the torrent files you moved (outside of Deluge?), you will need the .torrent file. If deluge downloads are set to move to this folder too when completed. There are some deluge downloads that complete, and move to this folder properly. I feel there are others that is partially downloaded, but the file is shown as complete, and moved to /data/complete/tv folder, which in turn is moved by drone factory to /media (being watched by Kodi). In the extremely unlikely event (1 in a million uses?) they want to keep the incomplete data but outside of Deluge, they can disk grinding if the files are downloaded to the drive where they'll end up rather than being downloaded, then copied.
