Well, over a week later and just hours after a quick iOS 11.2.1 update on Dec. 13, they began beta testing the next big update, iOS 11.2.5, with registered developers. The following day, Dec. 14, it also became available to public beta testers to try out. iOS 11.3 beta also includes several new Animoji icons for iPhone X, including a dragon, skull, lion, and bear. A handful of other minor adjustments or features are also included in iOS 11.3 thus far, with some minor changes to the Health app, details about download size in the Updates section of the App Store, and the iBooks app is now renamed as “Books”. The update comes just a few days after beta 4 was released, and it can be downloaded on the Apple TV by registered developers who have installed the appropriate profile via Xcode. Instead of releasing iOS 11.2.1, iOS 11.2.2, iOS 11.2.3 and iOS 11.2.4 beta versions, Apple pushed iOS 11.2.5 directly. The reason behind missing beta versions is not unveiled yet. The past 2 charges have taken 2hrs 45mins on beta 3 & 4. But I do find that even with the USB-C or iPad charger that if the device is over 80% then it charges a lot slower. The only time it seems to be quicker is if I have it plugged into my Anker 4 port charger in the car which has 12w 2.4a per port and I’m using navigation. Update July 2, 2018: Apple has just released the fourth beta version of iOS 11.4.1 for developers. If you have a previous iOS 11 beta installed, you can head to Settings > General > Software Updates and get started downloading. If you were waiting for iOS 11.4.1 to get started with beta testing, go ahead and download the latest version.
Same here on my iPad Air 2. Was running flawlessly on 11.2 regular build. Installed public beta 11.2.5 beta 3, and everything lags 10+ seconds. Clicking an app to open, trying to load a webpage, getting the keyboard to even pop up on text input screens. It’s really bad

Nope, Nothing you do will fix it. Its all in Apples hands to release a fix for it at this point. Not worked right since iOS 11.0 beta 1. Its better now in 11.2.5 b5 but still refreshes only at random times and not really worth trying to use. Best to screenshot the differences and submit as bug report with attachments until they finally fix it.
